Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping at The Tiny Gem. We are so excited for you to receive your order and we are sure that you will love it. The following are the Terms and Conditions that constitute our shipping policy.

We offer free regular shipping in the United States. We also offer free pickup in Queens NY which will be ready within 1 day of placing your order.  For express shipping and international orders, the shipping amount will be calculated during checkout.

Orders are generally shipped within 1-2 business days provided the item is in stock. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders shipments may be delayed by a few days. 

Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

We do not ship to PO boxes.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email after your item has shipped containing a tracking number.

The Tiny Gem is not responsible for any customs, taxes, or tariffs applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. 

The Tiny Gem is not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping. if you received your order damaged or if your shipment was lost, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. 

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
