Returns

Thank you for shopping at The Tiny Gem LLC. Your satisfaction is our priority and we hope you love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return items within 5 days of the day you receive your item. The buyer will be responsible for return shipping fees. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it. All sale items and items purchased with a discount code are final sale. 

To complete your return, please send an email to info@thetinygem.com to receive an RMA number (return merchandise authorization number). Items will not be accepted for returns without the RMA number. We will also need the order number in order to process the refund. 

Damaged Items

We expect all of our items to arrive in perfect quality.

If for some reason an item breaks based on a manufacture defect we will replace the item within a month of purchase date.

Please understand that children's jewelry is delicate and as such sometimes breaks. We can not cover breaks or damaged items due to everyday wear.

Please note some of our bracelets and earrings have small beads and pieces we can not be held accountable.


Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, you will receive an email when your refund has been processed.

Exchanges 

If you are for some reason unhappy with an item you got and you would like to exchange it you may do so within 5 days of receiving your item. Your item must be in unworn and unused condition. The buyer will be responsible for return shipping and once we receive the item we will be able to ship out the new item.


Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be returned or exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you do not send back your item with a tracking number we cannot guarantee that the item will get back to us, so we always recommend using a tracking number.
